I have always been interested in walkie-talkies. I have had many different models. Years ago I had CB radios and talked with friends and family. They were great for road trips with multiple cars.
More recently I got a GMRS mobile radio and handhelds. These work great and provide great communication. We use them at the gun range, hiking, and when on our ATVs.
I have friends in HAM radio and decided I needed to get my license. I now have my General license. Let the fun began!
